I enjoyed the suite but found the pool area to be tiny and sad-looking. Despite experiencing a broken furnace/AC unit and plumbing issues that led to a room change, I felt the rooms were quite small for the price I paid. The hotel did not live up to my expectations in terms of room extravagance and pool area.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the service was outstanding, with exceptional customer care, the room quality left much to be desired. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but the dining options were inconsistent.

The room I stayed in as a Platinum member was subpar. It seemed like there was a party with a loud DJ until 1 am and even smelled like someone had a cat in it at some point.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Sandia Peak Tramway, Petroglyph National Monument, and Albuquerque International Balloon Museum. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, going out of their way to assist at every opportunity. The dining experience surpassed expectations with delicious options both from the menu and buffet. While the rooms could benefit from a refresh, they are spacious and well-stocked with complimentary amenities. The hotel offers a prime location and excellent service but may require some room updates.
